Bed sheets with weekly change

Bath towels with weekly change

Kitchen linen (Table cloths and dishtowels) with weekly change

Electricity, Water, Gas for kitchen consuption

Swimming pool use (from June 1st to September 30th)

Final cleaning

Rates do not include

Swimmingpool Towels (available)

Cleaning of apartments during the week (available upon request)

Reservation is confirmed after payment of 30% of total amount with credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or wire transfer.

The balance will be payed at arrival.

Low and medius seson minimum 3 nights.

In high season we rent weekly begin from Saturday

Check in from 4pm to 7pm

Check out within 10am

Visitor's tax, € 2,00 per night per person up to a maximum of € 14,00 (7 consecutive nights).

Cancellation policy

Full refund of deposit from the date of confirmation to 61 days before of arrival (if paid by credit card, commission fees will be deducted)

30% of total amount from 60 to 41 days before the date of arrival

50% of total amount from 40 to 21 days before the date of arrival

100% of total amount from 20 to 0 days before arrival
